Report a site hosted on Sitehold

Sitehold hosts websites published by its customers. If you find content on a Sitehold-hosted site that you believe is illegal, or that breaks our usage rules (phishing, malware, scams), tell us here.

How to report

Email abuse@sitehold.app. Include:

1. The exact URL(s) of the content
2. Why you believe it is illegal or breaks our rules
3. Your name and email (optional for reports of child sexual abuse material)
4. A statement that you report in good faith and believe the information is accurate

We confirm receipt by email and decide in a timely and objective way. We tell you our decision and how you can contest it.

If we take your content down

We email the site owner a statement of reasons: what we restricted, why, the facts and rules we relied on, whether automated tools were involved, and how to appeal. Reply to that email to appeal; a person reviews every appeal. You may also use an out-of-court dispute settlement body or go to court.

Imminent danger

If content suggests a threat to someone's life or safety, also contact the police. We report such cases to the authorities as the law requires.
