Sitehold Beta Agreement
This agreement is between you and Devgo, a sole proprietorship registered in the Netherlands under KvK number 42208309, trading as Sitehold ("we"). By using your beta key you accept it. If you use Sitehold for an organisation, you confirm you may bind that organisation.
1. The beta
Sitehold is in a private beta. Your beta key is personal and may be used once. Do not share it. The beta is free and includes up to 2 published sites.
2. As-is
The beta is provided as is. Features may change, break or disappear. We do not promise any uptime, and we may reset beta data. Keep your own copy of anything you publish.
3. Ending
The beta has no fixed end date. We may end or change the beta, or your free sites, with 30 days' notice by email. We may end your access at once if you break these rules. You will never be charged without agreeing first.
4. Your content
You keep all rights to what you publish. You give us permission to host, copy, cache and serve it, only to run Sitehold. You are responsible for your content and for having the rights to it.
5. Usage rules
You may not use Sitehold to publish or link to:
- phishing, credential collection under false pretences, or impersonation of another person or brand;
- malware, exploits, or anything that harms visitors' devices;
- illegal content, including content that infringes copyright or trademarks;
- spam, scams, or misleading financial or health claims;
- content that sexualises minors, promotes terrorism, or incites violence or hatred.
You may not probe, overload or bypass Sitehold's security or limits. We may take content offline without notice when we believe it breaks these rules, and we will tell you why.
6. Personal data
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data. When you publish sites that collect data from visitors, our Data Processing Agreement applies.
7. Liability
The beta is free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage, lost profit or lost data, and our total liability is limited to EUR 100. This does not limit liability for intent or gross negligence.
8. Feedback
You may send us feedback. We may use it to improve Sitehold without owing you anything.
9. Law
Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in Amsterdam, unless consumer law where you live gives you another right.
